Yin has over 20 years of experience in lending and real estate investments. She has been a licensed realtor since 2009 and has conducted over 30 million dollars of transactions in real estate. She currently owns and manages a portfolio of approximately 40 properties across four states. She retired from her corporate job and reached financial freedom through passive real estate income at the age of 40.

Omar has 15 years of real estate investment experience.  He got his start acquiring investment rental real estate in California in 2008.  He self-managed his rental portfolio for ten years until 2018 when he started working with property managers.  In 2019, he expanded his investment portfolio and started building teams in multiple states.  Omar currently owns and manages a portfolio of approximately 20 properties across three states.
